We are a genuine member-based organisation, with dedicated, enthusiastic and highly experienced people whose intent focus on our members mirrors our values:

Ably led by Managing Director Christian Hunter, our team includes corporate office personnel based in Perth, Western Australia and staff located around Australia.

Christian Hunter | Managing Director

Christian Hunter Christian has worked in the UK and Australian travel industries for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in the travel agency sector, holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is also a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Christian joined Travellers Choice in 2004 and held several positions, including General Manager, before being appointed as CEO in 2012. Additionally, he is a Director of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) where he is a passionate advocate of the independent sector.

 

Robyn Mitchell | General Manager - Marketing

Robyn Mitchell Robyn has post-graduate qualifications in marketing and public relations. She combined her professional expertise with a personal passion for travel when she joined Travellers Choice in 2006. Robyn leads an inhouse team which delivers a broad portfolio of marketing services from national campaigns with supplier partners to local promotions for individual members.

Nicola Strudwick | General Manager - Sales

Nicola Strudwick Nicola has more than 30 years’ travel industry leadership experience, including key roles with wholesale, airline consolidation, tour operator companies and over a decade in retail with Thomas Cook. Nicola joined Travellers Choice in 2016 from Helloworld where, as National Account Manager, she was instrumental in driving business growth through favourable commercial terms.

 

Paul Millan | Network Development Manager

Paul joined Travellers Choice in 2023 with extensive industry experience and a proven record in delivering solutions for travel businesses. He has worked in leisure and corporate travel with organisations including Thomas Cook, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Travelscene Corporate, as well as with leading travel technology companies such as Amadeus, Sabre and Traveltek.           

Tim Bolton | National Business Development Manager (SA, WA & NT)

Tim has over 20 years’ experience across the retail, travel, tourism and leisure industries. Before joining Travellers Choice in 2017, he managed 16 retail branches of STA Travel in the UK and was the Sales Manager for RAC WA where he managed technology integration projects.           

Paula Moylan | National Business Development Manager (NSW & ACT)

Paula has worked in senior sales positions with a number of leading Australian and international travel brands for more than 25 years. Following a position at Qantas Holidays as Regional Sales Manager for NSW, ACT and QLD, Paula joined Travellers Choice in 2018. After a brief hiatus managing events, she re-joined our team in 2023.

Graham Smith | National Business Development Manager (QLD, VIC & TAS)

Graham joined Travellers Choice in 2014 after working for Cover-More Travel Insurance for 10 years. He has a strong sales background including retail travel consulting experience and first-hand experience running his own franchise business.
