Themed ‘Shine’, this year’s Travellers Choice Conference – which takes place from 10-12 November at The Star Gold Coast – will feature a speaker line-up headlined by UK-based customer service visionary
Geoff Ramm.
Described by FORBES magazine as “a game changer”, Ramm works with some of the world’s leading brands, including Warner Brothers and McDonalds, to forge innovative customer service concepts.
The author of Celebrity Service Superstars will enlighten the more than 250 members and preferred partners expected to attend this year’s event by sharing award-winning ideas to ensure businesses are craved by consumers and envied by competitors.
The 2023 Conference will also feature interactive workshops, networking sessions, a Preferred Supplier Exhibition, and the much-anticipated return of the National Awards Gala Dinner, where members will be encouraged to embrace “a new level of luminance”.
In addition, Travellers Choice will welcome a new master of ceremonies, with Christina Morrissy, one of Australia’s most respected broadcasters and travel presenters, taking the helm.
Managing Director Christian Hunter says the conference program and theme reflect the fact that the travel industry has undoubtedly entered a new and enlightened era.
