Based in the Adelaide suburb of North Brighton, Inflight Travel serves a broad range of leisure, luxury and corporate clients across Australia.
Owner Rosalie Stott says that like many travel retailers her businesses is currently enjoying strong post-pandemic demand. While grateful for the surge in traffic, she says the need to serve an expanding customer base has left her with little time to manage ongoing marketing strategies.
"It has been clear for some time that I need to build a platform for growth well beyond the current upsurge by relaunching my website and marketing to my extensive database," says Stott. "But undertaking those tasks would be a major undertaking for me, given the current demands on my time and resources.
